Ágnes Grélinger (HU)
Ágnes Grélinger is a Hungarian multidisciplinary artist, who graduated from The Danish National School of Performing Arts as a dancer and choreographer. She has created community, experimental, public performances and workshops in international and domestic collaborations, such as Collective Self Care, With open doors to spaces without walls and Officinale Tours with Andreas Haglund; Journeying and Vigil as part of Svung collective and Fullbodyhandbook with Lara Ostan. Working with the intergenerational group Company of People in Leeds at Yorkshire Dance has been a life changing experience.

She’s working with care, connection, and intimacy as choreographic themes and teaches improvisation, self-awareness, facilitates women’s circles and online workshops. She enjoys holding space for people and ‘clearing the body’ while guiding people to become more of who they are; helping them shed and let go of what doesn’t serve them and offer new ways of seeing, new patterns in which they can move through the world with more grace, authenticity and joy.
In Budapest, she founded Chrysalis, a shared creative and transformational community space, where she works as a Bodytalk practitioner, treating people in a holistic way (consciousness-psyche-energy-body), looking for the priorities, the order in which the body needs healing.
She is interested in the relation and the stories that are held in the individual and collective body, governance and alternative ways of organizing, which she researches both as a healer and as an artist. Studying shamanism gives her the opportunity to be in deep contact with nature and the more-than human.
