Ďalšie vydanie klasickej série diskusného večera s K.A.I.R. rezidenčnými umelcami Open Studios Night.

Rok 2017 sme začali hneď šiestimi umelcami. Ako prvý pricestoval do Košíc Danny Khoury, grafický dizajnér z Libanonu. Dannyho rezidencia je organizovaná v spolupráci s vydavateľstvom Dive Buki s ktorým pripravuje nové číslo časopisu Enter. Ďalší piati umelci Attila Hazlinsky, Danylo Kovach, Elina Dakov, Eric Romanetc a Yaroslav Futymskyi sú z Užhorodu. Ich rezidencia je súčasťou rezidenčnej výmeny s organizáciou Cublo Art Center, kde sme z Košíc tiež vyslali skupinku piatich umelcov. Výmena je jednou z aktivít Karpatskej nadácie v rámci projektu Generation 2020.

Projekt Generation 2020 je financovaný z Nórskych fondov a štátneho rozpočtu v rámci Programu cezhraničnej spolupráce SK08. Všetky rezidencie sú organizované s podporou a v spolupráci s Creative Industry Košice.

The next edition of classic series of discussion evening with K.A.I.R. residency artists called Open Studios Night.

We started 2017 with six residency artists. Danny Khoury, the graphic designer from Lebanon arrived at Košice first. Danny´s residency is organized with Dive Buki publisher with which he is preparing a new issue of Enter magazine. The other five artists Attila Hazlinsky, Danylo Kovach, Elina Dakov, Eric Romanetc and Yaroslav Futymskyi are from Uzhgorod. Their residency is part of the exchange with the organization Cublo Art Center where we also sent the group of five artists from Košice. The exchange is one if the activities of Carpathian Foundation within the project Generation 2020.

The project Generation 2020 has been funded by the Norway Grants and Slovak Republic in the SK08 Program Cross – border Cooperation. All residencies are organized in cooperation and with the support of Creative Industry Košice.
